This is me…

I’m a strategy and innovation lead at frog with a decade of experience in design-driven innovation and growth strategy.

I blend tools from management consultancy with human-centred design, strategic foresight and systemic-thinking and I’m passionate to lead team and collaborate with clients to design innovative and sustainable solutions, organisations and processes.

I hold a PhD in innovation management, from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia. I’ve developed the Innovation System Roadmap, a cutting edge tool which integrates and enables anticipatory thinking in complex behavioural strategies to support executives on strategic decision-making for early stage innovation management. 

In 2015 I've founded Frostscape, a project on exploring the worlds by "slow travelling". The first adventure was a 28-days-800km hike across Iceland, solo and unsupported. Planning and executing on this first adventure gave me the opportunity to grow personally, to think in a holistically, to manage energy and resources, to embrace a leadership mindset, namely one that is able to balance uncertainties and certainties, to welcome discomfort, to anticipate possible challenges or emotional state, to eventually adopt a positive mindset, a strong self-awareness and problem-solving inclination. After Iceland, Nepal, Tasmania and USA followed.
